Where do you ship from?

We ship from our boutique.  You are more than welcome to order online and pick up at our location, if you prefer. 

**PLEASE NOTE**  We are primarily a store front so we process orders only during store hours :

Tuesday-Friday-10:30-7pm

2nd and 3rd Saturdays

 What is your Shipping and Delivery Policy?

***Please note that our processing time for shipping can take up to 3~5 business days.

All orders are USPS unless another specified carrier service (UPS, DHL,etc) is selected.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to nature of our products, any opened skin care products or make up CANNOT be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a refund, all seals and packages cannot be opened .  All packages and products MUST be returned in the original condition it was sent.

The customer must make arrangements with us BEFORE sending the products back and customer must pay for the return shipping cost.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be given for the cost of the product purchased.

No REFUNDS for SAMPLES (Come one guys, these are samples. )

Exchanges:

If a product reacts with your skin, please contact us within 2 weeks to make arrangements to return product.

Customer will pay for return shipping cost.

A credit can be given for an alternative product. 

If alternative product cost is MORE than the original product price, difference must be paid by customer.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED ORDERS:

All packages will be shipped with a tracking number. 

Please contact the carrier service you selected to receive updates on your tracking number.  We do not have any more information that you do. 

Refunds will NOT BE GIVEN if tracking number shows package as being delivered.

The business is not responsible for the stolen, lost packages, or any lost packages that the insurance cannot have claimed.

Once the packages departs our facility, it is out of our control so we cannot claim responsibility for errors made by USPS, UPS, DHL, or any other carrier service you selected.

Please refer to the carrier service website for specific information on filing a claim.

 

 International Orders can take several weeks for the package to be delivered from shipping date.

***Please be advised that International customers are responsible for any taxes , tariffs, and/or custom fees depending on your country.
